As there is a wide variety of Flails, Hammers and teeth available for shredders, our specialists can advise you on the best type to use, reducing your cost/tonne. MacMachinery’s internal database allows one to see exactly what we have in stock in real time. In addition we have direct online access to our Manufacturer’s inventory listing allowing us to always have the right parts available. In addition to this we offer a part repair service and also have second hand/recycled parts available at reduced prices.

Service

The service engineers are strategically located across Ireland. All engineers are all trained by our Suppliers and are continually updated by our Manufacturers. As many of our clients are operating production and reprocessing facilities 24/7 we know how important it is to have up to date knowledge and information available to our engineers on site. Customers can avail of employee training on their own machines. We strive to offer all our customers the best service available in Ireland. As part of our service we offer machine rebuild and refurbishment. We also offer parts repair and component rebuild such as; trommels, hammer mills, shredder shafts, turbo couplings. Clients also have Repair and maintenance agreements with us and quotations are available for all machines on request.
