AWS Eco Plastics is launching its new, rebuilt mixed plastics bottle sorting facility on the 23^rd of November in Hemswell, North Lincolnshire and would like you to be in attendance.  AWS Eco Plastics recycles, on the same site, a high percentage of the sorted plastic into food grade material for reuse in new plastic bottles and packaging. This process saves 65% of the carbon emissions compared to the use of virgin material*.

This world class facility is now the largest and most advanced of its kind in Europe, sorting 100,000t per annum representing 40% of the UK’s plastic waste. The technology used is also being utilised for C&D, C&I and MSW sorting systems.
