DM 215 E Maulwurf, the mixer for proper homogenisation has three screw shafts and a 15 m3 mixing chamber. Its field of application is the homogenisation of various organic materials, substrates and sludge so as to obtain precisely defined mixtures and formulations. The DOPPSTADT DM 215 Mixer is suitable for continuous and batch operation. Its high mobility ensures a prompt and flexible deployment.- Large protective doors afford easy access to all components of the machine.
- The trailer version of the mixer and the hydraulically folding discharge conveyor ensure an maximum flexibility of deployment.
- Exact mixtures of various materials can be prepared by continuous or batch operation (a weighing device is available as an option*). With the cover* in place the mixing chamber is a closed space. A lime feed hopper* with a screw shaft is provided for the exact proportioning of additives.
- Easy one-man operation: Connected to a wheel oader by means of a slip-on coupling the mixer is towed by the loader and operated by the driver by means of remote radio control*.
- A remote control system* among others allows to open and close the discharge cover. (A pointer makes the selected function visible at distance).
